June is finally here and at Ebalance we’re getting ready to enjoy the summer. Chill Out while enjoying your favorite summer activities. Create an icy roll-on with peppermint essential oil. Take an empty 15 ml bottle, fill it half way with peppermint essential oil and the remaining half with your favorite carrier oil. We love fractionated coconut oil! Roll-on the invigorating peppermint to cool down after some fun in the sun!

Explore mother nature’s wonders without pesky bugs! Citronella is a wonderful natural bug repellent. Add a few drops to a spray bottle with water and lightly spray clothes and exposed skin before enjoying outdoor activities.

Soothe your sun kissed skin with Lavender. Of course we all know sunscreen is a must to protect our skin but sometimes we catch a few too many rays. Try applying Lavender with Aloe or Coconut oil to soothe over exposed skin.
